The B. Pharm Degree course is a four year program follows semester pattern. Selection is based on the marks secured in plus two or equivalent in Science stream with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate (40% for SC/ST Candidates) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology) or Mathematics / Computer Science. It is a versatile interdisciplinary program preparing graduates with a sound knowledge and understanding of the science, technology, and practice of pharmacy.
Vocational stream / National Open School certificate is not eligible for admission.
Admission Requirements
- ST.MARIAM College of Pharmacy is research oriented institution; its students have the opportunity to be taught and mentored by faculty pursuing cutting edge research in the Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmacy Practice.
- Transfer Certificate from the Institution last studied
- HSC/Pre-Degree/ AISSCE/ ISCE/ Intermediate or equivalent mark statement.
- Migration Certificate for the students who have passed other than HSC Examination of Tamil Nadu.
- Community Certificate (except OC candidates)
- Eligibility Certificate obtained from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University, Chennai for students who have passed their Qualifying examination other than HSC Examination, Tamil Nadu.
- Passport Size Photographs (10 Nos) & Stamp Size Photographs (6 Nos)
For NRI Candidates
- NRI status of financial supporter issued by the Indian Embassy of the respective country under their seal.
- Certificate of relationship between NRI financial supporter and the candidate issued by the competent authority, valid Indian Passport of the NRI financial supporter
- Original and Copies of Passport and Visa of the candidate (Non Resident External)
- Bank Account Pass Book of the financial supporter.
- For payment of US $ 1000 Development Charges to the college by the NRI financial supporter (one time payment at the time of admission)
